Valpolicella DOC，Pressing and destemming of the grapes from Verona and province and fermentation at controlled temperature of 22° e 28°C.Maceration for 8 days.with intense ruby-red color, tastes velvety, harmonious.The wine is perfect to pairs very well with first and second courses in general. Excellent also with red meat and cheeses.
